I'm currently using a mac, so Fraps is incompatible.

I need some software that can record my screen including sounds from my system (where minecraft's sound will come from) plus my microphone.

I'm trying to use soundflower at the minute, but I cannot get my head around the audio routing to be able to record both my voice and the internal sounds.

Any programs that are good for mac or anyone that knows how to work soundflower?

I'm not hating - I just have 0 clue about mac compatibility in terms of what you're trying to achieve.

Hopefully there's someone here who uses a Mac for multimedia.

Ive just recently downloaded Fraps but not sure how it would be used if you wanna record what your doing but have a commentary from a group chat such as mumble.

Would you record both seperately and link them together?
