Maybe they could be auctioned, if everyone tight about Jahaoronnie claiming it. However in reply to USH's post, he isn't exactly asking generally for a house from any recently banned player, and he got there first so I don't see why he shouldn't have it.

Umm... Jahaoronnie was not first. I distinctly remember Rosie telling PokemonGardevoir she could have all her stuff (if the mods did not destroy it). Don't know if that counts for anything, but if you're going in terms of who was first, Poke expressed interest long before Jahaoronnie.
