Also, you should be giving 2 weeks for people to claim their houses, not 4 days. It's a weekend, people might not be home so you're just taking advantage of time. 2 weeks accounts for vacations and such, and will allow them to see this post more effectively. Just bump it over the next 2 weeks.

It would probably be nice to go around with a stack of signs telling everybody they're being evicted. Just in case they don't read the forums.
