[Enjin Archive] Rollback last night! Q-Q

There was a slight rollback at around 1am PST, and I lost a bunch of items in it. Can they be refunded? My in-game name is JustinLifecaster.

Here are some of the items:

4 stacks of cyan wool

11 stacks of black wool

32g

1 eff III Unbr III Silk touch dai pick

3 stacks of nether brick

5 stacks of netherrack

3stacks of soul sand

9 stacks of glowstone

Thanks for your help!
All items are where they were when you harvested them. If you purchased from another player with credits, you'll have to talk to that player because then he/she has the items. We don't normally see refunds on rollbacks, except the one refund when we had like 3-4 roll backs within a 36 hour time period.
The problem is, the nether didn't get rolled back. I had just died at the time period the rollback went to. My items were in the nether. The nether was a few hours ahead. Plus, a mod told me to make a thread.
you will need to talk with that mod about it. we generally do not do rollback refunds as stated above...way too many would ned to be done for it
Have u checked under the rubble of our netherfarm, you may have BLOWN it up with a bed. XP
if it was lost in the nether, dont even bother awaiting a refund...anything goes in the nether...someone prolly stole them
The Nether is never a safe place anymore >.>
I go there all the time. It's completely safe, no joke. Just go, find somewhere far away from other activities and build a small building of protected furnaces with a protected door, put a nether portal, portal to main world, build a base... bam, done. You're safe, and have an isolated location in the main world.
dunsjohn, agreed.

You can another way, build a small house in nether. and use "sign" to protect the block. That's it.....<object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>
signs don't always work. You can break the block and walk through via the lag. You can't walk through via furnaces, that I know of.
