a circle is still a 'circle' even if it's drawn badly. If a 4 year old draws a bad circle, you don't tell them it is in fact a quandecafalinhedron. Its still circular in shape.

it depneds how much it variates from what it SHOULD look like. MC circles are easily seen as circles.
