Do any place in the server has the control of weather and day?

I used to play in another server where they have a weather control station. Player can /warp to the station and press the button. Each pressing cost $50 in the games currency. So, just wondering do Minetown has the plugin?

It's like press the button, the rainy can become sunny, day become night or vice verse.

I know it sound silly because everyone keep pressing, so..probably can realize who's richest.
