My son (CatMan234) purchased a spider egg at the CS. He did not get the egg but the credits were taken. He made 2 PEs (bad of him) 12792 and 12793 both of which were closed without the refund.

He is currently grounded from the PC (grades) and asked me to look into the situation.

It's worth noting if you're using an alternative texture pack from the default, you might need to see about getting an updated version of it in order to see the egg.
