So just a small item plugin i thought of for the server, im actually currently writing it in eclipse atm. Its an autoKicker for players that have been akf for to long. you will be able to set the time to any time you want(in seconds)

Just an idea for the server, get rid of some afk players, and the kick message would be by default "AutoKicker: You have been afk to long"

EDIT: in the plugin im making for this, it will be possible to edit the time of how long you want it to be. i have not decided yet if there will be commands for this or not.

I 100% agree with this. Needs to be done.

10min afk limit, then kick. 20min for Donators.

This would reduce lag and the demand on the plugins.
