I know I have already made a thread similar to this, but I think it is a great idea.
I don't know hard it would be to make, so if it is far-Fetched, please forgive me.
I think there should be some sort of /ch that allows you to talk to have a group conversation with friends, employee's whatever.
An example would be like.
/ch group (or whatever you would like it to be called)
/ch group add (Memberyou would like to add to private chat)
/ch group leave (leave chat)
Where you can add as much people you want.
I think this is beneficial because I know when my 'in person' friends still played this, we would all live in the same town, but we liked to mine far away. So we couldn't use /ch l because we would be far away from each other.
This can also be good for people in high power, whether mod/admins or Town people, where you can all have meeting like chats instead of having to type /tell (player name) every five second
