I have noticed a "-11 votes" next to my name when I post in the forum.

What does that mean??

Votes, next to your name, are essentially how people feel about what you write in the forums. They can either + or - each post you put up. The top voters, are the people who vote for Minetown the most, each month, by going to mine town.net/vote. THAT has nothing to do with forum votes.

Is there anyway to see how much I have voted or what my MTC balance is? How do I redeem the MTC that it says I get from each vote??

You can check your balance in-game by typing /money, and you dont need to do anything to redeem your credits. You automatically recieve them as you vote. You can spend them at /warp cs or in shops that accept credits.
