After the update the /tell plug-in is broke

There are some bugs between the chat plugin and the recommended build. Technically, "/tell" does still work, you just don't see what you sent echoed back and the receiver may not clearly notice your message. For now, I suggest falling back on /msg for private conversations. Also, using '/ch' is being weird. For channels you're not focused on, use the channel's shortcode.
