You gotta chuck down raw fish.

fishy...seem not working in some chunk? I tried, when the hook move, i dont get anyfish.

its the same thing with wolves, you need to hold raw fish and then the ocelot will creep up on you then you feed it your fish, the amount is completly random like with wolves

Get raw fish

Go near it and stay STILL

It will come to you eventually

Don't think oh no it is going away and run after it

Then when it comes near tame like a dog with the fish
