i think that the self service signs should hve no cost limit, becuse if u sell a plot prebuilt items, and its on a 5x5 plot the max u can sell for is 50MT!!!.

I don't get it. What's a self service sign, is it like a self service sign to buy a house or lot, or is it those signs in shops.

But I feel the current limits don't reflect the MT economy. I think you can currently sell lots for 80-200MTC and I don't think this is a good fit. There are some regions that should be worth a lot more than this. Also, many lots being sold, in towns, cost more than 5g(which is 250MTC)
