[Enjin Archive] question

can a note book handle a graphics card?

or even can thay fit one in them?
Nope graphics cards are too big to fit into those tiny litle notebooks.

You'll need a laptop or a desktop computer.
Silly notebooks >.<
Netbooks CAN take a graphics card, however they are currently only offered in Japan. However, if you decide to go to Japan to buy a custom netbook and get a graphics card installed, you'd then have one... but be prepared to spend about 1500 on that netbook. The compact technology and lasting battery as well as a decent processor in a netbook will cost more than a basic gaming laptop, so it's a better bet to get a laptop (or even a desk top, which'll be cheaper than a gaming laptop as an integrated nVidia graphics card can handle roughly 70% of games on the market at minimum to high settings.
