Yes, if you vote now you will still be credited to your account. Just don't spend any credits. If you spend them, and there's a rollback, you will not be refunded them from the roll back, and it would be unlikely to receive a refund from a mod either. Sorry to say.

If you do buy something with credits from a person make sure to to remember their name. More than likely they will get those items back after the rollback and they can just give them back to you because they'll have your credits already.
