Here is my update: I was going through my screenshots in my .minecraft folder here is what I found. I found 3 screenshots I accidently took them when i was trying to exit. The first one was me getting blown up by a bed. Then the seccond and third one was me falling through an unrendered chuck. As I was falling through I logged out. I know I logged out because I had my system screenshot to go off in 10sec because I wanted to make a new form pic of me killing landr0.
