We are going to make a huge new mall with shops, casino and even apartments. We need to level the area first, then make the basement. The main building is going to be a glass pyramid with the casino and shops. Then there will be an appartment compound. And we also need a little flora around the place. Then it will hopefully be a park with a great fountain.
