Not sure why villagers spawn outside the cage sometimes. The spawner is far enough away from the pathway so it should not be possible. I think they spawn and then somehow walk through the glass. Normally you only have this problem with sheep, cows and pigs and to a lesser extent with chickens. I have no idea why villagers do it too.
I LOVE your zoo ron <3 It's amazing
You should make a greenhouse.
greenhouse sounds like fun
i already have a bunch of plants like melon, wheat, vine, sugarcane, cactus
then again aren't there a bunch of plants in the zoo he can label

inbreeding = zoo success

I don't know... I feel the zoo should be for animals. I do have room for about 2 more floors underneath the slime cages, so that should not be an issue. I will think about it. For now, other things should have priority.
By the way, most plants are already used one way or another in the zoo. All three types of trees, sugar cane, cactus, wheat, melon and pumpkin are all already in the zoo. The only thing missing would be vine, I suppose I can add one of those somewhere <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":-)">:-)</object>
This zoo is AWSOME!
But i still don't understand how you managed to get different spawners, isn't mbox down?

HS1342, as far as I know, the plugin reverts all spawners in chests and in your inventory back to pig. However, spawners that are already placed still function as normal. (Correct me if I'm wrong guys <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object>)
nope anon, you're right. a spawner editted with mbox or found in the wild will still spawn its designated mob, up until the point where some numpty mines it.
That's a pretty awesome zoo.
Only thing I noticed was that the nether spawners were not working, when I went in there. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/2639.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":(">:(</object>
