I have lost items that I mined due to the rollback. Will I be reimbursed for the lost items?

Unfortunately, no. There are too many people with too many items to be reimbursed. Sorry for any inconveniences.

The items you mined are back where they were - in the mine. Reimbursing for erasing 14 hours is just too much work for the mods.

As Zionia says "It's as if those 14 hours never happened". It is unfortunate, but we all have to deal with it.

If you donated for a land clear or something like that you will be reimbursed. Of course you need to make yourself known, because we don't commit to memory every time that happens on the server.
