I am building houses upon request.

Three things must be done in order for me to even begin!

One: you have to know where you want the house, and be able to claim the blocks for the house(s)

Two: it is easier to build, and cheaper for you if you supply some or all of the supplies

Three: Furnishing, if you want it you need to tell me before I finish building.

I will build both large and small. you MUST mail me in game for me to know you want a house, the initial price range you are willing to pay, and all other info, even if it takes multiple mail(s)

I can gather most materials, and I build almost any style. If you like the result, Please refer me to other people!
