Ok so I figured out how to operate Mctown sorta, but now when i remove a Plot or district or territory it still remains on my list, is this supposed to happen? or when does it finally dissapear?

If a child region defies MCTown removing it, you should be able to use the command /region remove regionname (providing you're the "owner" of the lot, territory, or parent region)
