I was about to walk into a building when I fall in a lava thing, I didn't die and I can't jump out or break blocks. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried to warp anywhere? Try "/Spawn" or "/warp market" or something. Also see if you can teleport to someone.

Yeah Ziminite is right, use /spawn , /warp market , /warp spawn , /home , ect. If that doesn't work I would write a PE as long as you're not a guest. To make a PE all you have to do is type /pe open (What you need help with)

Try typing

/MVTP guestworld

/kill works too. It kills you and you lose your items, but if you're stuck it always works as you respawn at the spawn or bed (for some reason I always spawn in the MT hospital). However, if you can't die and you can't break blocks, I'd assume you're a guest, so losing items isn't of much consequence in this case. Only use /kill as a last case scenario, though.
