Please go to minetown.net/join and fill out an application. You will be informed on the site when it is accepted or declined. Take your time filling it out for the most time convenience. It should be checked within 48 hours. Please don't go off topic Drupe. Mercury_Star are you a guest on the server in-game, if so have you filled out an application to be a member in-game. Just try these and if neither of these don't work you probably need to make a PE in-game (not sure if they work for guests.) If none of these work you need to report it here like you have now. What likely happened, is that you created an Enjin account a long while ago with your current email adress for a different game than minecraft.

I had the same thing when I first wanted to create an account. I already had an Enjin account from playing world of warcraft, since my guild used the Enjin forums as their headquarters.

I suggest you click the "I forgot my password" link and follow the instructions.
