So I was pumped when my application was accepted, but when I logged on, it said I was still a guest. I tried talking in Global chat but in didn't work, so I'm positive the server still thinks I'm a guest. Can I get some help please?

You will have to wait for an admin or mod to see this and promote you. Or in game type /pe create 'my application was accepted can i be made a member'

I did send a petition but it said /pe (use without parameters for detailed help) so I have no idea.

/pe open <message>

@John I tried that (/pe new, /pe create, etc.) But it keeps say use without parameters for detailed help.

/pe new WhatYouNeed is the correct usage. But, that aside, the Permissions havent been reloaded, so once that is done, you will be a member. When I log on, I will have someone ensure your name was entered correctly, and the permissions have been reloaded.
