1) Wheres the best place to try pvp? Ive been to the netters and theres rarely people here

2) Even when I meet people, I can't hurt them for some reason. And Ive never been hit. So I'm guessing people cant hurt each other. I thought that the nether world was a place where people could pvp. I already turned my pvp on. Is it because the other person did not have his or her pvp on? Im confused.
