I recently got my $50 donator perks and decided to make a colored sign. To my surprise, the sign was still black. However, other people could see that the text was indeed colored. Zionia000 told me to post in this section so the dev team can take a look. It appears that other people are experiencing this problem on the server. Any ideas?

Are you using some mods ? And are you using the right syntax when making colored signs ? (ex: &1hello &eYellowText)

Nope no mods, texture packs. And yes I typed in &4Test and t only appeared red when i was looking at it as if it were directly to my right

Are you on a Mac? Idk why, but the Mac's MC client doesn't FULLY support colored signs. Hopefully Notch fixes the issue someday <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

I use a Mac XD 2 of them (Mac Pro, and a MacBook Air) NONE of my clients have MODS installed. There is probably a Mod out there, that can fix this issue. Ill look into it XD

Yes I am on a Macbook Pro 13" Early 2011. I heard that some macs can and can't and mine is only one generation behind the current one.

I can view the colored signs on my Macbook
