For some reason every time I've logged on to minetown since I turned my computer on about half an hour ago I've been able to stay on for a maximum of 3 minutes before it cuts out and gives me this message (see below). It was working fine all day - i've been on for several hours already - but now it's just constantly giving me this. I have to wait about two minutes before it shows that minetown has any connection again, but it doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else. It has happened occasionally to me before but only once of twice before I can use it properly again. I realise that Im probably ignorant and that everyone knows why this happens but can I please have an answer that is simple enough for even a technical illiterate to read? It's your router most likely.

Perform a "soft reset," or use the web interface to reboot the device. (Don't push the little button which completely wipes the config., just unplug the power for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.)

Routers tend to get junked-up. For most commercial models you will probably want to reset it once every few days.

If not, try the same with your modem. If it's not that then it's the Firewall, but I think it's definitely the router.
