Reason you were banned: I dont know at all, I dont know even if i am banned, i tried command /spawn and talking, /spawn says access denied. Someone please help, little bro got on after i left the game running afking, now im banned.

If you're in jail then you are not banned.

You need to stay logged in and active in jail for the timer to go down. If you log out or stop moving for a while, the timer stops.
