Everything was fine till about 10 min ago. I cant use my warps or view my PEs or even submit a new one for this issue. All commands says I dont have permission to use and have donated $150 and had the permissions not to long ago

Please help I cant do anything right now

Donated another $50 just so the automated system would allow me to chat again. I would like to be at the appropriate level of donations ($200). My name is now green but no money sign or any of the higher package perks. I can now chat and warp, and build on my lots.

I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible

Can anyone reply or at least let me know whats going on? My PE was closed and just said to make a forum post. Well did that over 8 hours ago and have been sitting here watching admin and mods sign on and off without a single reply. I am trying to be patient but its waring thin. I donated $200 to this server so far been here two days. Can't get help and my PEs for the most part just say go to the forums and dont help me. I really like this server and wish to remain here but this is getting ridiculous.

Just a reply and a heads up is all im asking for. If its going to be 2 weeks to solve fine but let me know.
