So i built a tower today on land that no one owns. Its located next to some town and the owner of the town (pieman506) is telling me to destroy it.Do i have to destroy it? Its not on his land, i don't see why i should destroy it
Its frowned upon for people to build RIGHT next to other builds. Try to build far from others.
I'd be extremely annoyed if you had done this to me, very unthoughtful of you.

but i did not know
and i own a lot in the town

If you did not know then you need to go read the rules very carefully before you get yourself banned:
7 - Follow building guidelines.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Do not build close to someone else's construction unless you have their approval.
• Do not build 1 block wide towers to sky limit.
• Do not build near spawn unless approved.
Owning a lot does not give you the right to go build a large structure right next to the town.
So you best go apologise to the owner for the problem you have caused.

its not THAT close
and before i built the tower i built the house (you can see it in the picture) like 1 week ago and he did not tell me anything about it
From the pic u provided, it doesn't look that close to anything, but it is a closeup. What town is it located in/near?

If it's 100 blocks or less, it's close
