Please make a ban appeal in the proper format (look on the forums for the actual format, it's rather simple and brief) and then post it in a new thread entitled: "Your_Name Ban Appeal"

Then be patient. If it was a mistake it will be corrected as soon as the mods/Admins have the time to look into it.
