I purchased a plot from a player, nurms## (some number) two days ago for the price of 20 diamonds, I asked him to open a pe to transfer the perms and I went on my way expecting to come back later and be able to edit the plot. When I come back today, still not able to edit. Either he didn't open the /pe or made the message to long and was cut off at the point to where a mod didnt know what to do.

Either way, I'd like this corrected.

The diamonds were paid for using a chest as a medium. Though he broke it after taking the diamonds, I'm hoping there is still a log of his taking the money as proof of payment. The chest was placed on one of the blocks (now marked with 6 dirt blocks) just outside his build area. as shown in the screenshot.
