I marked a section of land that I wanted cleared and submitted a /pe. the /pe was closed with the response "clear it yourself". I was unable to find out who closed the /pe so rudely. they would not respond to me in global chat.

I was under the impression, from actually reading the information on this site (and not spamming questions in game chat) that the /pe would be answered with a quote on how much it would cost me to get an admin to clear the land?

as a $100 donator, i was under the impression that it gave me so much land clearing. if i have to donate more for a specific region to be cleared, then the mod/admin who closed this /pe should have said so, instead of being so blunt. i would have been happy to pay more.

if the information on the website is incorrect, as it pertains to clearing land then it should be amended so this issue doesn't come up again.

The way I understood the donation page, you have to specifically pay for WorldEdit... i.e. paying $20 wouldn't give you $120 donation status

thats why i opened a pe. admins are to issue quotes not mods. so i dont know why baconbitts even touched the pe.

aye, land clearing is seperate from regular donations. you need to send a message to an admin on the forum to request quote for the size. the approx costs are at the bottom of the donor page. if you want to do it as a pe, have it say "requesting quote to have land cleared" from the area. Sorry it was closed rudely.

thanks for clarifying things up for me Zionia, i always try to keep my /pe's short and sweet, cause i know you mods get alot of them. i saw the price list but the size i was looking for was about $140 by my rough calculations.

i put land clearing requests in the forums from now on.

not sure if i can post this here, but I also found that the /pe that i put in yesterday was answered and closed sorta rudely..I do not know who it was closed by but My /pe was for Land protectcion for the island im working on becuase i wish to build an entire civilazation... however the response was Build it yourself. and it was closed..

Now I dont know if this was just bad communication because of the lmit on charecters per /pe or if it was just, I dont want to do it F-off... I am betting on the mis communication being the winner.. I will open up another /pe when i log in, and hopefully out new found mod zionia will be on....

no problem. yes gurgash, i am pretty certain yours was a miscommunication issue as well. i recommend making a forum post with detailed info and a pe requesting just the same as i pointed out above. you can always extend the length of a pe by tying /pe comment #(your pe) (comment here). you can do this for each line of text that cuts off. be sure to /pe view # to check where it cuts. Sorry again for any rudeness that may have been experienced.
