I think it's only a matter of proportion. The more people there is, the more people there will be doing this and that. We are currently the fastest growing Minecraft server since 1.0 (getting around 150-300 new members per day)... and we are also running a dev build of bukkit which doesn't help and creates issues such as lag, teleport death and etc... and for the troll diminution... well that's a good question, maybe the average maturity level of our members is increasing <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object> ?

I wouldn't say maturity is increasing, just less trolling, and most of the members on the server never come onto the forums sadly. I'd love to see the forums flourish with discussions and such.
