If i been banned 6 months ago, and i donate, and serve jail time, and promise to never ever do what i did again could i get unbanned? :3

Its not like he Messaged you and asked you personally, if you dont know dont reply? This is how he would go about getting unbanned except it is in the wrong forum section.

Im pretty sure paying to be unbanned / Jail time is on a Person by Person basis, if you wait a mod will reply here and either tell you, Or Direct you to do something else to receive a definite answer.
