I can't talk ANYWHERE! Including the spawn world!

I can't call for help, i can't use commands, and it just says "You cannot speak in main"! I cant talk in guest world either!

And i think i'm still a guest TWO WEEKS after application! WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!?

I searched and found no application from you. I suggest filling out another application. Keep in mind we do read them.
