Why is it that I cannot speak in Global on the server?

It just says that I cannot speak on Global, but I've gotten everything down and stuff.

As of right now this is happening for me. I've tried setting focus on global and it's not working, and I cannot speak. I've also tried logging out and back in.

i approved and whitelisted her last night. shouldn't be anyproblem with global chat. has this issue been resolved yet?
