The most recent warp request threads were answered with something along the lines of "Use a /pe", so why encourage people to make a thread with such a category?

Perhaps instead of removing it, have it redirects to a special page (or the wiki entry) instructing users to create a /pe.

Or a Sticky: "Only post in here if you were instructed to" <-- for things too complicated for in-game petitions and the minecraft chat limitations.

Also same idea for the Protection warp forum. In the last 2 days I've seen players come in and ask mods about their forum post and once again the canned response (and rightfully so) is they should have done a /pe. We should not have such conflicting means of requesting warps and protection on the official forums. It would save everyone some time.
