Quick update here,

The Nether is now fully open to travel. This means a couple things;

1) You may now go to the top of the Nether, enter through "/warp NetherTop"

2) You may now build on top of the Nether, but bear in mind, all Nether rules apply. This means it is lawless, both greifing and PVP are ALLOWED

3) It's a whole new world up there, Have fun.
