(there one that is Zurrelian or how ever its spelled I also would like the roads that are his connecting to it)

Reasons for wanting to claim the land: The land is good for the most part. However The structures are ugly and not well fitted for the land not to mention are in no order. I want the palnd to clear most of the stuff build a road thew south9k and bring some sort of order to what is down there. (Kinda like how east 9k has order.
