You can start off by voteing in the first place. Keep mineing for diamonds, cause people tend to by them for around 50-100 mc. Its way less than the Credit Shop price, but thats exactly the point.. They want to pay less for diamonds.

Other than that, clearing land is the most common work for minetown credits.
