This has been mentioned before in various other threads, but I believe the implementation of a ban report thread or forum would be useful for the processing and eventual decisions made upon a character who was banned. An example is;

Name: nturn18

Banned for: Excessive nonsensical gibberish

Banned by: Mod __

This takes a mere moment of time to fill out and would assist other admins and mods in whether or not the member status should be given back to the player.

Obviously, filling out fifty of these a day might be irritating but when it is only writing out 10 words, it shouldn't be an issue.

I have an easier idea:

Let people see the ban logs..

Its not like they could actualy do anything to the server by just looking..
