I was selling lots in Hyrule to a few people, Deleft was mention, which is owned my me and Checkers, I decided to show a potential buyer.

Now before anyone comes in here saying "why isn't it protected", Well that is a large piece of land, I hate to be a ass like some people who protect entire islands and don't build on them, because I knew it would take me a awhile to start on it, also a town up top which we have somewhat of a treaty in place in sharing land.

I walked in on a new member named Davekerwinlim selling Deleft to Ivuo(Timmay) for 4 stacks of diamond, of course knowing me I destroyed the guy in an argument, he is a clever man though, he wouldn't stop roleplaying, ranting about it being his factions base and such and that he dug it out while driving me insane. Which isn't true, anyone who's been here since December of last year knows it's been there for quite some time, I believe zdeath was the one who dug it out.

So I'd like someone to protect it for me under checkersFX and me if a mod has the time and do something about Dave or atleast explain to him what he did wrong. And If a staff could refund Timmay
