Little green gnome was banned for spamming after he failed to be catered to. I am not opposed to him returning but he has to act appropriately.

Why not leave him to post his own ban appeal?

I still want him to make his own appeal but i'm not going to be on much later and want to make sure that the other staff know why i banned him.

When you ban a person put the reason at the end (E.g. /ban littlegreengnome Spamming, perma ban)

We can access the ban logs now so when he posts the appeal we can look at the logs and see your reason
