We have implemented 2 new plugin's:

- A Friend / Enemy list (Based on the forum post from Ace)

- A mail system

- We are also looking into fixing the /hat plugin and it should be back up soon

We used to have one back when we used essentials but have not had one since we moved away from it.

we did but it was kinda useless because it didnt send the mail

It might be an idea to link to Ace's post (not going to stay in latest list for long) or reference what he mentioned, so people understand what benefit there is to adding someone as a "friend".
