I found a glitch in the redstone circuitry. When a 1-clock's pulse goes into a 'repeater' type thing, the repeater's torch doesn't seem to be affected. I have a photo posted below to show whats going on.

This is how it works when a solid stream of power is put into the block. The torch on the other side of the block is powered off.

This is what happens when a rapid pulse is added (1-clock) The torch on the block isn't affected by the pulse.
In Single player, it works fine. Im not sure what is going on..
