Person who banned you: uhh, no clue i didn't get a warning or anything

Reason you were banned: For stealing credits from someone, even though it was a rollback??

You purchased credits from someone who you then killed right after and then took the gold from that you traded to them. This is considered stealing and is against the rules.

Ok, but it was a rollback hence it never happened,plus just putting this out there if its a pvp server, then you should be able to kill whenever you want. Their shouldnt be restrictions he shouldve been in a PVP safe zone (in which i was invited to his house and was on his terms)

In this situation the rollback is 100% irrelevant, the matter here is that you did that. Yes it is a pvp server but that does not make it okay to trade then kill someone to take back what you traded them.

*Note on PVP

It is only allowed to kill people and take the items they drop. Breaking structures or stealing from chest(s) is against the rules.

This is directly from the rules, i don't think i should be banned for killing someone when they can ask for pvp to be turned off

when interpreting rules a certain amount of common sense must be used. " 3 - Do not steal anything from anyone. " In my opinion and the opinion of other staff i consulted with before banning you, what you did falls under that rule.

I will make this into a 24hr ban, You will be un-banned tomorrow when i get home from school. Around 6pm mst.
