My daughter Kara_Bell wanted me to claim her mountain a couple of days ago, so we went in and she was going to abandon her claim so I could get the whole thing for her, and when she tried it told her she had no claims. Now I know she hasnt been on everyday but she should not have been gone long enough due to her other activities for her claim to have vanished like that. I have since claimed the entire mountain for her since that was the goal. I dont know if that is supposed to be an automatic thing or if it takes a staff member, but either way she had not been off the server long enough for that to have happened.

Also, if you are to provide a ss of the land if you could possibly give a rough 'guestimate" of how big her claim was so we can further look into just what might have happened.
