When I was building my house there was a glitch where if the raining was happening outside it would go underground in my home. Can anyone tell how I can fix this.

It happens to me too, not sure if it's bukkit or a bug in the game itself, but hopefully it will be fixed in 1.9

its a client bug, it will be fixed in 1.9 iirc
