If they still have yet to do this try using the

/pe new (explain the problem)

and they should get to you!

Well, in order for us to whitelist you, we have to see if you donated; it doesn't automatically add you. Usually I only check the Join Now donations if someone is saying they paid to get whitelisted, but in most cases I don't anymore. So you have to let us know. Make sure to ask a staff member the next time you see one in game.

And Browse, the command is:

/pe open

Make sure to open the petition in a spot where we can either see the problem, or walk right over to fix it, possibly without you needing to be online.

Really? It might be that they didn't enter it in correctly. Also, if they're a guest, I'm not exactly sure if they can use that command.

From my understanding guest cannot use the /pe command. I have only seen one person complain about /pe giving error codes. That was because he was not spelling it correctly.
